3 years agoI originally called Signs Express (Bath) as I had been let down by a local company that I had previously used. I spoke to Joseph, who from the outset was very helpful with a 'can do' attitude. We drove over to Calne immediately for a chat about what we wanted etc. He had been proactive in the 20 minutes it took to get there and was prepared for our arrival with examples and ball park costings for what we were after. I was a little surprised to be charged £90 up front for their 'design service', but thought it was reasonable and prevented unethical people from getting them to do the work and then stealing the idea and going elsewhere. True to his word, they came up with a very good initial design and made 2 or 3 changes to it, back and forth until we were happy. It was a LOT more expensive than I thought it would be, but am very happy with the results and the relatively quick turn around. Everyone I came into contact with at the workshop in Calne were helpful and accomodating. The only reason that I did not give a 5 star review on this occasion was, considering the cost of the job, we were not refunded the £90 design charge on acceptance. In the scheme of things, this would have been a nice touch and one which many other types of companies do. Perhaps something to think about in future? All in all, many thanks to Joseph and the team for the transformation to our new van.
