Listings
Business listings are added by the businesses themselves or by us from public information. We check new listings but do not endorse any business, and any contract you make with a listed business is between you and that business.
Paid packages
Paid packages are described on the page where you buy them, with the price shown before you pay. Payments are taken by card through Stripe. A package starts when we confirm it.
Cancelling
If you buy as a consumer you have 14 days to cancel. If you ask us to start work during that time you pay for the work already done. Business buyers can cancel before work starts.
Removing a listing
A business owner can ask us to correct or remove a listing at any time by writing to the address above.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. For business customers, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it, and we are not liable for loss of profit or other indirect losses.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
