I'm sure the quality of the products are great, however my experience with the customer service (or lack of) is one where the customer is not valued and prioritized. I was speaking to Colin who initially advised on a design as a professional musician, however after calls and emails it went cold. Assuming the job wasn't big enough perhaps or commercial, however no communications to confirm the reason.
