6 months agovery disappointed with the customer service. Spoke with designer John who initially was agreeable to do design job and quoted. However wouldn't even return call on numerous times I called . Reception staff took messages. If only they had manners to return call and say they were too busy to take on the small sign job...then I could move on to another company which I ended up doing and got excellent quick service with company in Coalisland. Signworks loss...but frustrating as a customer. Hoping you will do better for other possible customers.
