10 months agoI have had the same experience as the other reviewer many times. They are rude and disinterested about a small job I need doing on a regular basis ( trimming books) and quote me £20 which makes it impossible for me as a small business to sell the books with a profit. I was really reluctant to write a poor review because they are a small, local business but it is so disappointing. I understand small jobs may have a bit of goodwill in them but when I have a big job ( ordering wallpaper/ flyers/posters/banners) I won't use them because of a poor customer experience. And as a small business myself I know that small gestures mean so much to a customer and builds trust which is so beneficial to a business. Small jobs also add up financially.

2 years agoVery disappointed. This used to be a great service to print off things when needed however I rang tonight and they no longer print orders less than £20. I asked for 2 word documents to be printed of less than 20 A4 sheets. They also mentioned that it was Friday and would be closing soon even though the shop I'd advertised as being open until 5pm, having spoken to 2 very disinterested members of staff. Sadly won't be using this local business I used to support. Shame
